TPCI organized India Pavilion in 24th Iran Agro Food at Tehran, Iran
Trade Promotion Council of India organised India Pavilion in the Iran Agro Food show with the support of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India and Embassy of India in Tehran, Iran mounting a delegation of around 50 member exporters from the food, agro and beverage sector exhibiting in the expo showcasing their products and industry excellence to the Iranian market.
24th edition of the show was held at Tehran International Permanent Fairgrounds from 23-26 May 2017 organized by Messe Fair Trade GmbH and Palar Samaneh & Co. The show is the largest agro, food, beverage and hospitality show held in the Iran and west South Asian countries.
Over 1400 exhibitors from around 50 countries around the world like Austria, China, France Germany, India, Italy, Turkey Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark etc. are participating showcasing their products and services in the expo expecting a total visitor footfall of over 45,000 professionals.
The India pavilion was inaugurated jointly by His Excellency Shri. Saurabh Kumar, Ambassador, Embassy of India in Tehran, Iran, Shri. Kapil Gupta, Jt. Director General, TPCI and Shri. Narinder K Miglani, Managing Director, LRNK. His Excellency met the Indian companies and discussed the prospects of the market and encouraged their participation in the show.
TPCI ensured the effective participation of its participant members in the show, enabling them to network and cross-fertilise valuable synergies with their counterparts in the Iranian market.
