Government reimposes anti-dumping duties on Chinese linen fabrics

The government reinstated anti-dumping duties on flax fabrics imported from China and Hong Kong after a thorough investigation found that entering the fabric below normal value was hurting the domestic industry, said two responsible. This is the third time since 2009 that the government has imposed anti-dumping duties on linen or linen fabrics containing more than 50% linen from China and Hong Kong, officials said on request for anonymity.
