Exports to the US soar even after the loss of special business preference
NEW DELHI: Exports to the US have increased even after the Trump administration made India a special business preference for India. The increase is around 32%. This has been conveyed by the Trade Promotion Council of India. In fact, President Donald Trump had taken away GSP status from India in order to benefit US domestic businessmen. India had also opposed the move. But the figures are telling that India has not suffered.
