TPCI organized India-Oceania Business & Strategic Meet (BSM) in Sydney

Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), in collaboration with the Australia India Business Council (AIBC), kicked off the India-Oceania Business & Strategic Meet (BSM) on Food & Beverages today in Sydney.

The India-Oceania Business & Strategic Meet (BSM) on Food & Beverages, organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) in association with the Australia India Business Council (AIBC), commenced today in Sydney. The event was inaugurated by Dr. S. Jankiraman, Consul General, Consulate General of India in Sydney, highlighting the growing trade relations between India and Australia in the food and beverage sector.

This prestigious event brings together a diverse range of stakeholders, including manufacturers, exporters, importers, and distributors, aiming to strengthen trade ties and explore new business opportunities. The event witnessed participation from 20 Indian exporters, showcasing a wide array of food and beverage products, ranging from traditional Indian spices and snacks to ready-to-eat meals and beverages. These offerings cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of the Australian market.

More than 80 buyers from Sydney attended the event, eager to explore the rich variety of products presented by Indian exporters. This BSM serves as an important platform for fostering collaboration and enhancing trade ties between India and Australia. It underscores the growing demand for Indian food and beverages in the Oceania region and opens avenues for future trade partnerships.
