Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) successfully organized the India-GCC Buyer-Seller Meet (BSM) focused on the Food & Beverage (F\&B) sector in Dubai, UAE, on July 15, 2025.

The Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) successfully organized the India-GCC Buyer-Seller Meet (BSM) focused on the Food & Beverage (F\&B) sector in Dubai, UAE, on July 15, 2025. The event was held with the support of the Consulate General of India in Dubai and aimed to deepen trade ties between India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in the rapidly growing F\&B domain.

A total of 42 leading Indian exporters showcased a wide range of high-quality food and beverage products, while the event attracted participation from over 180 prominent GCC importers and buyers, reflecting the growing interest in Indian F\&B offerings in the Gulf region.

The BSM was inaugurated by Mr. B.G. Krishnan, Consul – Trade, Economy and Education, Consulate General of India, Dubai. In his address, Mr. Krishnan highlighted the immense potential for enhancing F\&B trade between India and the GCC, citing the region’s growing demand for safe, nutritious, and diverse food products.

The event facilitated valuable business interactions, enabled strategic partnerships, and reinforced India’s position as a key F\&B sourcing destination for the Gulf region. It also served as a strong platform to boost bilateral trade and explore long-term supply chain collaborations.
