Trade Promotion Council of India is pleased to inform that a delegation led by a Joint Secretary level officer accompanied by senior Government officials from key Ministries of the Government of Vietnam will be visiting India from 18 – 22 November, 2019.

                 The Trade Promotion Council of India in collaboration with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam propose to  organize a Vietnamese – India Trade & Investment Forum on 20^th November, 2019 at the Vietnam Embassy premises at 20 Kautilya Marg, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi – 110021 from 1500 to 1630 hrs followed by B2B and Tea.  The delegation will consist of senior government officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Investment and Planning; Vietnam Tourism Administration and 15 to 20 Vietnamese Businessmen from food and agriculture and tourism sectors to India.

                The Trade Promotion Council of India also propose to host another Business Meeting with the visiting Vietnamese business delegation on 15^th  November, 2019  at (Venue to be informed shortly) from 1600 hours to 1730 hours.  The list of visiting Business delegation and their Sectors of business indicating their interest is attached herewith.

                The esteemed Members who are interested to interact with the Vietnamese businessmen in the proposed two events and do the business and investment in Vietnam in various Sectors may please convey their willingness to participate in the attached Delegate Registration Forms separately.  Both these events will provide a unique opportunity to meet the senior decision makers in the Vietnamese Government and prominent businessmen from Vietnam.  Your filled in forms duly signed and stamped by the authorised signatories may please be sent to the undersigned by 12^th November, 2019 to enable us to make necessary arrangements and apprise the Vietnamese side accordingly.
