India-Indonesia explore biz potential

India and Indonesia are trying to reach their target of US$ 50 billion trade by 2025 by eyeing new areas of investments during the “India Indonesia Investment & Business Forum” which was organized by the Embassy of India & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Indonesia on Sunday in Jakarta. This includes Aceh-Andaman connectivity which would unlock immense business opportunities in a range of sectors, including health care, tourism, energy, construction, agro processing and fisheries.

The event was jointly inaugurated by Ina H Krisnamurthi, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on Economic Diplomacy and Pradeep Kumar Rawat, Ambassador of India and lr Nova Iriansyah, Acting Governor of Aceh. Expressing confidence in the Forum, Ina H Krisnamurthi said that it would help bring business communities of both countries together.
