Pre-export certification, branding, SEZ revamp for food sector key to boost agri exports: TPCI

New Delhi: Trade promotion body Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) on Friday suggested a five pronged strategy to the government, including mandatory pre-export certification and revamping the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) policy for the food sector, to boost export of agricultural goods. The TPCI said India has the potential to raise agri exports to $100 billion in the coming years.
