TPCI participates with Food and Film sectors companies for pre-cursor to J&K Global Investors’ Summit 2020 at Mumbai

TPCI participates with delegates from Film and Food Sectors at Mumbai for the road show which was a pre- cursor to the J&K Global Investors’ Summit 2020. The delegation also had B2G meeting with the J&K officials and explored the potential investment opportunities.

The delegation was led by Mr Kapil Gupta, Joint DG, TPCI.  Mr Gupta also met Hon’ble Shri Girish Chandra Murmu, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu-Kashmir and briefed him about the TPCI role and possible future engagement with the state.  Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor appreciated TPCI work and said J&K has huge opportunity to offer in Film and Food sectors. He also said the state will soon have single window clearance and new factories and land leasing act to help the investing companies in the State.

Mr Gupta, also briefed the Lieutenant Governor on successful completion of IndusFood 2020 and handed over copy of Fresh and post- show report to him. The officials of the State Government (J&K) briefed Lieutenant Governor on the future engagement with TPCI and signing a MoU with TPCI soon.
