TPCI members joined business delegation led by Hon’ble President of India

Mr. Tara Chand, Director, TPCI (standing 2nd from right) led a 4 member business delegation nominated by TPCI for the visit of  H.E. Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Hon’ble President of India, to Bulgaria (Sofia) and Czech Republic (Prague) from 4th September, 2018 to 8th September, 2018.

All the delegates interacted with the President who thanked the participating Chambers in the business delegation at Sofia and Prague.  Apart from formal addresses by the business dignitaries from Sofia and B2B meetings, the President of India and the President of Bulgaria H.E. Mr. Rumen Radev addressed the distinguished gathering from both sides and stated that there is a great potential for the growth of bilateral trade between India and Bulgaria.

Business Forum at Prague opened with the address by the President of Czech Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Foreign Minister of Czech Republic, Minister of Trade and Industry and the President of India.  The President also declared that the Commerce and Industry Minister of India will visit Prague in October 2018 for the Indo-Czech Economic Commission for further cementing the bilateral trade relations between India and Czech Republic.
