The new Vietnamese ambassador presents memento to TPCI Chairman

Pham Sanh Chau, the new ambassador of Vietnam to India presented TPCI Chairman Mohit Singla with a memento brought from Vietnam, during the meeting between high level delegation from India with TPCI delegation. During the meeting, Pham Sanh Chau said he plans to make Vietnamese embassy a centre of activities. Calling himself a good seller of his country, he said Vietnamese farmers are very gifted and can produce anything that is needed. Pham Sanh Chau however showed concern that the high tariff of 50% on exotic fruits like Dragon Fruit and Rs. 500 tariff on every kilo of pepper coming to India was a detriment to end consumers in India as it made the products expensive.
