Launched in June 2020 under the auspices of Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited (SBAL), GOELD Frozen Foods is known for its premium vegetarian frozen products made in vegetarian kitchens. These vary from an assortment of delectable Indian breads (such as Garlic Naan and Malabar Paratha) to heavenly desserts (including Papaya Halwa & Sewai Kheer).

The company also takes into account various health fads popular with millennials in India & across the world and offers drool-worthy snacks (such as Beetroot & Cheese tikki and Veg Seekh Kebab) and vegan treats (like Soya Shammi Kebabs & Quinoa Patties).

It has an installed capacity of 6,000 tons per annum equipped with automated processing machines and state-of-the-art blast & IQF/Spiral freezers from world leaders in the UK, Germany, Sweden & Japan. Significantly, this plant is the first food processing plant in the state of Chhattisgarh. It has modern cold storage with a 500-ton capacity below -18 degrees Celsius.

To ensure that the quality of its products is not compromised, GOELD follows rigorous food safety & sanitation initiatives such as an FSSC 22000-centric QA program, and modernised quality control department & QA verification system.

Further, products are scanned through metal detectors and X-ray machines to ensure world-class quality. Each of these products has zero trans-fat, no added colours, flavours, or preservatives. The company has also acquired relevant certifications like FDA, HALAL, and BRCGS.

Currently, GOELD products are available in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Vizag across supermarkets and modern trades. However, the brand has recognized the power of e-commerce and also offers its products through its website.

Over the next few years, it looks forward to unveiling its products in more cities in India and across the world.
