DESCRIPTION:TPCI with the support of Ministry of Commerce and Industry is organizing an India Pavilion in Hannover Messe 2019 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds\, Messegelände\, 30521 Hannover\, Germany. \nHannover Messe is the world’s largest industrial trade fair which features the complete range of technological innovations from automation to supplier solutions. It covers all critical technology areas – research and development\, industrial automation\, IT\, industrial supply\, production technologies and services to energy and mobility technologies. The exhibition features around 6\,500 exhibitors and over 230\,000 visitors from across the globe. \nGermany is among the leading export destinations for Indian engineering exports. In FY 2017-18\, India’s engineering exports to Germany reached US$ 3.21 billion growing by nearly 45% yoy. Some of the key identified areas of collaboration between India and Germany in the engineering sector include skill development in manufacturing\, defence manufacturing\, machine tools and maritime technology\, blue economy\, Industry 4.0 as well as collaboration between the space agencies of both countries. \nWithin the engineering sector\, electric machinery is the top panel of export from India to Germany\, followed by products of iron & steel and industrial machinery.  Germany\, Japan and China have been identified as strategic markets for the Indian IT sector\, with a combined market opportunity of US$ 300 billion.                \nInterested members may kindly contact Ms. Shalini Choudhary – tradefair@tpci.in for participation and registration in the event.
