DESCRIPTION:TPCI with the support of Ministry of Commerce and Industry is organizing “Food & Agri BSM” in Baghdad & Erbil. “Food & Agri BSM” will be a business and networking platform for companies and industry stakeholders to promote the latest products and services in the food and beverage\, agriculture and fisheries\, food processing technologies. It serves as an avenue to showcase the growth and development of the Food and Agri industries\, which is seen to contribute GDP’s of both nations. It will provide a common platform to manufacturers\, supplier and traders of Food & Agri products from Iraq and other countries to meet & collaborate. The Iraq’s  food market is one of the most important markets in the entire Middle East. During 2016 Iraq imported agro & food products worth 8.1  billion USD from the world\, wherein India’s export to Iraq was 579 million USD in same time period.
